what i wore: pom pom

So here's the deal. This cover-up "was so popular, it sold out," as J. Crew seems to so often say when I find something I really, really want. I bought it there a month or so ago—who knows, maybe it's available in your local store, but it's a goner online. The good news is that J. Crew has a plethora of adorable cover-ups right now that are equally as cute. Like this one—tell me what's not to love about tassels. Oh, and this one, which I also blogged about last week. I've linked other favorites below.

In other news, my hat is available here and it's less than $18. Booya. The flip flops are by Tory Burch and are my summer necessity. My sunglasses are Gucci and may not be a steal like the hat, but they are some of my all time favorites for summer and I would totally recommend them. One time, they went swimming at the bottom of the Beaufort River overnight and were found the next day in perfect condition. Says a lot about the craftsmanship! Oh, and you can barely see, but my bikini is Mara Hoffman and although it's long gone like the cover-up, there are tons of similar MH bikinis available here.
